Programs

Winning is not a sometime thing; it’s an all time thing. You don’t win once in a while; you don’t do the things right once in a while; you don’t do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.

Sports+ Performance will give athletes tools to become consistent winners. We developed and offer programs for improving acceleration, deceleration, speed, quickness, endurance, jump height, explosive power, agility, balance and coordination. We have researched and designed three program levels tailored to each athlete’s sport, age and level of current physical capabilities.

Sports+ Performance offers programs for soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, track and field and wrestling. We provide pre-season, in-season and off-season programs.
We also offer ACL Prevention Program specifically designed for teenage female athletes. This program is designed based on the latest orthopedic research.

 

Every program begins and ends with individual fitness test and the results are monitored and analyzed by “Timex” heart rate monitor, recorded by “Timex” data recorder, and presented graphically by “Timex’ Trainer software. Anthropometric indexes are collected by “Tanita Body Composition Inner Scale” for cumulative weight, height, fat %, body water, bone mass. This allows us to identify individual athlete’s current condition and design the right program for his/her sport.

If you have never been under consistent fitness workouts we offer a Beginning Level program consisting of 14 sessions in 7 weeks.
The program will gradually improve participant’s basic physical condition and abilities and build a new level of conditioning performance to allow for transition into our Premier Level program.

Our Premier Level includes 18 sessions in 6 weeks and is designed for high school athletes aspiring to compete at a NCAA D1 level. The intensity and the volume of the workouts in this program are at higher level and athletes will feel and see measurable improvement.

Our Pro Level Training is a 7-week, 30-sessions program. This is the highest level offered by Sports+ Performance. The program was designed for and followed by some of the best athletes in the world.
