Lisa Brown Fitness
Lisa Brown is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Consultant through the National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC), a company affiliated with IDEA Health and Fitness Association and NBFE (National Board of Fitness Examiners). She has additional certifications in Fitness Assessment, Nutrition Analysis, and as a group fitness instructor for aerobics, step aerobics, Pilates, and weight training. Lisa is a member of AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).  
She was graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University with previous experience in nutritional counseling and has over 4 years experience teaching fitness.

As a Wellness Consultant, Lisa offers health and lifestyle education including extensive information about nutrition and weight management as well as health related topics.
Her focus is on the mind as well as the body through behavior modification and can help motivate in areas of nutrition, stress management, relaxation, addictive behaviors and general health and well being.

Currently, every
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Lisa offers 6 classes a week at the Sports Center.
9:00-9:45 Pilates:  a combination of rhythmic movements and modified yoga. Focus is on core muscle strength and toning for better posture and balance.  
9:45-10:45 Body Sculpting:  A full body workout using dumbells, resistance tubes, and balls to develop strong and shapely muscles. Designed to slim, tone and firm the entire body.  

Lisa also offers individual and small group training (up to 3) for 1/2 hour or hourly sessions.  They can be 1 to 3 times per week and for as many weeks as desired.
